Please understand All Headphones have been tested and Reasonably Cleaned, One thing I have not been able to test 100% is how long the battery does last for, On the possibility of the battery running low to soon please get in touch for a possible refund/replacement.

Also I have helped many customers who have been unable to pair or connect/charge there Headphones, Sometimes Headphones need certain buttons being pressed/pressed a certain amount of time, If you are unsure or unable please don't hesitate to contact me.
