This earbud came from a large lot where they are all supposed to be working, the specific earbud you get may not be tested and just assumed working, If there are any issues I will guide you with troubleshooting and if needed send a replacement or refund.

Also I have helped many customers who have been unable to pair or connect/charge there pods or cases, Sometimes cases need certain buttons being pressed/pressed a certain amount of time, If you are unsure or unable please don't hesitate to contact me.
