Hello there, Thanks so much for viewing my Listing,

All items we sell should be fully working (unless stated differently in the condition or title) and are professionally cleaned.

On the possibility of the battery running low to soon or any other issues please get in touch for a refund/replacement.

Also I have helped many customers who have been unable to pair or connect/charge earbuds. Sometimes cases/earbuds need certain buttons being touched or pressed a certain amount of times. Please contact me before assuming its not working.

If you need or want any spare charging wires or ear tips please leave a note in the order and Ill happily supply free of charge. (stock willing)

We love questions so please ask us anything.
